    Gold jewellery worth hundreds of thousands of rupees belonging to PML-N MPA Uzma Kardar was reportedly stolen in Lahore.

    The incident occurred while Kardar was swimming at a local club, and she raised suspicions towards two woman instructors and employees of the swimming facility.

    According to reports, Uzma Kardar filed a complaint with the police stating that jewellery worth approximately Rs500,000 had been stolen during her swimming session on Thursday. Kardar mentioned that she had gone for a swim after attending an assembly session, leaving her jewellery in her purse.

    She expressed suspicion towards two instructors and employees of the club, and emphasized the need for a thorough investigation into their involvement in the theft.

    Upon receiving the complaint, the police registered a case for the theft of the stolen gold jewellery. An investigation is currently underway to explore various aspects of the incident and to determine the culprits responsible for the theft, the department added.
