    Federal Energy Minister Khurram Dastgir says that due to the anti-American statements of Chairman PTI, no agreement is being reached with the IMF. No one is ready to trust Pakistan because of the broken promises of the previous government.

    While holding a press conference in Gujranwala, Energy Minister Khurram Dastgir said that Tehreek-e-Insaf increased Pakistan's debt by 90%, which reduced Pakistan's resources, the previous government also stopped CPEC, no work was done on the projects.

    Energy Minister Khurram Dastgir said that in 2019, the government of that time made a terrible deal with the IMF and then broke it in a terrible way in 2021. If it is not happening, the reason is the anti-American statements of Chairman PTI.

    Khurram Dastgir said that the customs duty on solar panels and raw materials has also been abolished in the budget, the import of solar panel raw materials will be free from July 1.

    He said that Thar is no longer a dream but a reality. A great progress has been made, the CPEC which was paralyzed by the previous government is now also working.
